Right Now we have parked the new RV at: Pioneer Trails RV Resort, in Anacortes, Washington

This RV park is truly a quality location to enjoy all the activities in Northern Washington State. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best feature for me and Sherry is that each site comes with a fire pit.

Nothing like a toasty fire in the evening.

I recommend this RV park. You will be happy here!

We will be leaving the RV here for a few months, then move it to a great new location in Washington State.

Now lets look for RV Issues | rv travel

So we finally got delivery of our new 2013 2955 RE Komfort Trailer, so now the fun begins.

Do not think, getting a new trailer, fifthwheel or motorhome is going to be a easy. There will be problems, and issues.

First take your new RV out right away, and play with every button, switch, slide, water, fuel, appliances etc. This will let you know if everything is working.

Our new, off the showroom trailer was missing curtain rods, and had the wrong recliners in it.

This is very normal, since Sherry and I have bought many new rigs, and found issues right away. Plan on going back to the dealership within weeks, just to address manufacturing issues.

Always remember, you just spent a lot of money on your RV, and you should have everything working correctly. So now we are working with the dealership, and the factory to correct our problems. I will report our findings.

Why things never change

The world is full of experiences, and new things. Yet we all get trapped in what we were brought up to believe. Does your life have to make sense? Do we have to be 9 to 5, and conform? Now the shopping begins for the New RV

So now that we are waiting to get our new trailer. Here is our shopping list:

2 Bycycles generator floor mats new folding chairs sheets pillows Barberque

Thats just the main stuff, but this list can go on-and-on. Good thing this year we are just parking the trailer in favorite places for now, so we can spend the year just getting it ready for bigger trips.

Its is so great to be mobile again, and getting closer to full time again.

RV Travel Buddy

Well we finally decided on a 29.5 foot Komfort Trailer, with 3 slides. Feels just like a fifth wheel.

I would like to take the time to thank the folks at Baydo’s RV Center, in Tacoma Washington for their great service, and getting us a great deal and interest rate. They were increadable.

We are looking forward to delivery in 6 weeks, for our factory ordered Komfort Trailer.

Northwest Camping – Sequim Washington State Park

This year we will be featuring affordable camping and outdoor activities in the Northwest. Starting with Sequim, Washington State Park.
   Our crew will be camping at Sequim Washington State Park on May 9th and 10th.
   This year we have stored the boat at “West Bay Boat Manufacturing”. Its only a mile from John Wayne Marina. Their prices to store a boat is fantastic!.
   We are looking forward to a great year of Halibut Fishing, Crabbing and Salmon Fishing, along with some great camping trips.
   Hope to see you getting outside and not hurting your wallet. Come enjoy the Olympic Peninsula with us this year!

2009 Season is here in the Northwest.

2009 Season is here in the Northwest.

Well, we are looking forward to a great year of fishing and crabbing in the Olympic Peninsula region.
May is here and now its time to get the Halibut gear out. We will be working the Sequim area.
After that, July calls out our name for some crabbing.

Then it will be time to hit the salmon runs as the State allows. We plan on working Sequim, Sekiu and Neah Bay.

I look forward to meeting you up there. Look for our Red Custom Weld Boat. We are the ones with the big smile.

Gig Harbor RV Resort

This place has wonderful services and staff.

The spaces are roomy and is a clean place to kick your feet up.
